At WST there are several manufacturing  programs available, both for high school students in grades 11 and 12 and through Olympic College on the WST campus.

Students interested in exploring manufacturing careers can learn more through the automotive technology, construction careers, collision  repair technology, Heating Ventilation  and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technology, and Welding programs offered at WST. These programs offer career and technical education  credit, general academic credit that supports Washington graduation  requirements through equivalency crediting, and free dual college credit.

Students entering grades 9-12, can explore program offerings in the summer  through the three  week, free summer option while earning a half credit toward elective credit and graduation from high  school.

In addition, students at WST have the opportunity to engage in Manufacturing 101  through the Olympic College Precision Machining class offered on  the West Sound Tech campus.

Those interested in post-secondary manufacturing options can experience the Precision Machining  program at Olympic College on the WST campus.

WST is proud  to  offer several opportunities for students to engage in hands-on  learning that leads to excellent career and post-secondary options for students.
