This year, West Sound Tech was visited by the Association of Washington Business (AWB) manufacturing week bus on Monday, October 4, 2021. Members of AWB and Congressman Derek Kilmer took a tour of the manufacturing programs on campus and learned a little about how WST provides opportunities for students to learn the skills, knowledge, and abilities necessary to support their future plans.
WST students have many pathways they can choose after high school graduation, including career entry, two and four year college and university entry, apprenticeship access, military entrance, and more. Our students earn high school credit toward graduation, dual credit (free college credit in their content area), and certification requested by local employers to ensure they are fully prepared for life, careers, and success.
We are so proud of our students and instructors!
Thank you, AWB for visiting and for putting together this incredible video!
